Official Contest Rules

1. Eligibility

This contest is open to legal residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Godin Guitars, The damn truth, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Contest Period

The contest begins on May 22, 2025 at 10am EST and ends on july 31, 2025 at 10am EST.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must create a social media video using the aformentioned sound. No purchase necessary.

4. Prizes

There is 1 prize to be won, each consisting of 1 godin brand stadium ht series electric guitar. Total prize value: $3036.66 cad.

5. Selection of Winners

Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on july 31,2025 and contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 1 day. Winners must correctly answer a skill-testing question to claim the prize.

6. Québec Residents

This contest is subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
